RETURN POLICY: 
Store Credit will be issued within 14 days for an item being defective or damaged. We quality check every piece of clothing that comes through our warehouse, but every now and then something might go unseen. 
Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not accept exchanges or returns.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Just like most online boutiques, we do everything we can to accurately show you fit, fabric, sizing with descriptions, charts, videos and/or pictures and we can help with FREE personal shopping before you check out via our FB group. PLEASE contact us via our FB group if you need help choosing the correct size.



SHIPPING:
We ship from several locations and warehouses to provide the fastest service possible. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days from the date you order.

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location and verify the delivery address. If your package is returned, we will only ship it again at your cost after verifying the address.

Processing time: Orders are quickly processed within 1-3 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description/preorders). 

We reserve the right to change our shipping fees at any time.

CANCELLATION:
Orders placed cannot be canceled.

FINAL SALE:
As above, all items are final sale.


SALES/PRICE CHANGES:
Sales prices are only good during the sale. Sale dates are random and at our discretion and are not retroactive.  Final Sale prices are not retroactive.
DISCOUNT CODES:
Discount codes each have their own set rules. We reserve the right to change or create codes as needed.  You can email classybrunetteboutique@gmail.com.

No discounts on Grab Bags, Gift Certificates, special sales (Black Friday)or Clearance items.

Only one discount code per order.

Discount codes must be used on the website, we are unable to apply them to your invoice. We do not refund or apply codes after an order is placed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect orders immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 7 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 14 days, the return will be rejected for any exchange or store credit.



Defective or Damaged item(s) still must be in unworn and new condition. Tags must still be attached to receive credit. A garment that is worn and damaged through wear does not qualify for a defective or damaged item. 

 

You will receive a response within 48 hours with a resolution. Default resolution will be a new item sent out should we still have it in stock. Alternatively you will receive a refund for the total amount of damaged item should we no longer have in stock. Please specify if you would prefer the refund over the exchange to avoid regarding the default resolution.
